At MugAMi, we aim to deliver your custom mugs quickly and safely so you can enjoy every sip ☕

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As each mug is made to order, please allow a short preparation time before shipping.

Shipping within Germany typically takes 3–6 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are €4.99 for standard delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders over €30.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or weather conditions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. MugAMi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
